• To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel treatments

• To keep a record of your contact with us and follow up on earlier enquiries

Who we share data with

We use the following services to operate our customer support. Each processes only the data necessary for its role:

• WhatsApp / Meta — to receive and respond to your messages
• Google Calendar — to schedule your treatment
• Google Maps — to confirm your address and calculate travel
• AI providers (OpenAI) — to help classify and respond to commercial messages; they do not independently decide on appointments or cancellations, which always require confirmation from a member of our team

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

We retain contact and appointment records for as long as they are useful for providing the service and responding to future enquiries. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

You may, at any time:
